Refund Policy For Non-Subscription Based Products & Sales

This Refund Policy has been created to ensure you will be satisfied with your purchase from PhoneSpector. If you are dissatisfied with our software, please submit your refund request via email to within 30 days of purchase. To expedite the process, please include your Customer ID, Invoice ID, or license.

If you’ve changed your mind about using PhoneSpector after we accept your order. If you haven’t activated your license key or used our software after completing your purchase, we offer a 30-day goodwill refund policy. This offer is valid for 30 days from the date in which you completed your purchase.

Reasons why we may refuse your goodwill refund request. We are entitled to reject your refund request in the instance that you have successfully installed the software, entered your unique license key, have used the software, or have utilized PhoneSpector’s Support Services within the 30-day grace period. We may also reject your refund request if you have misrepresented yourself (ex. misrepresenting yourself as a customer when you are a business owner) or have otherwise violated our terms of use. If there is a discrepancy regarding the extent of your use of the software, we hold the right to request the delivery of your device in order to inspect it in an effort to investigate the matter and establish sufficient proof of extent of use.

How to request the goodwill refund. Please submit your goodwill refund request by emailing Please provide the following details: your name, home address, phone number, email address, and order details. In the instance that we agree you are entitled to the goodwill refund, you will be refunded for the price in which you paid for the purchased software and/or support services by the method in which you used for payment. You will receive your refund within 14 days. If your refund request is approved, you must immediately delete the purchased software from all devices where it had been installed.

Licence key activation or data uploaded to your account. No refund will be granted to any person(s) who activated his or her unique license key or if any data had been uploaded from a device to the user’s online account, dashboard, or control panel.

Refund Policy For Free Trial & Subscription-Based Products

You will be billed to the method in which you used for payment on a recurring monthly subscription basis in the amount/rate that was agreed upon at time of purchase until canceled. You may cancel this subscription at any time.

How to cancel your subscription. Please notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription by emailing Please include your username so that we can quickly locate your transaction. Upon receipt of successful cancellation, account and software use will be canceled within one (1) to two (2) business days and all future billings will be terminated.

How to request a refund for free trials and subscription-based software. Refund requests may be submitted by emailing If your refund request has been approved, PhoneSpector’s Refunds department will process your refund and stop all future billings. No refund will be issued if you do not cancel your free trial before the free trial period ends/expires and/or after a new billing period has started.

Our team strives to ensure that every customer is fully pleased with their purchase. We employ a team of technical staff members who are able to help you with whatever issues may arise when using our software. Please contact our support team if you have any questions. Upon speaking to a representative, we will not grant refunds for the following reasons: misunderstanding software use guidelines, using the software on an incompatible device, changing your mind after completing the purchase and/or using the software, etc. (see above). However, a refund will be granted if we are unable to resolve any issues you have regarding software functionality on a compatible device within the 30-day grace period after your purchase.
